jennyshen luckykat Coach is not a protected professional title so I get how there are many coaches out there with different outlooks. I studied with ICF so my view of coaching is exactly as I described. In this realm coaching is closer to CBT, but not for mental health issues.Permalink On twitter.com

jennyshen luckykat Also, to be clear. I am not against mentoring in any way. Sometimes I combine these roles, but I will be clear in every session if I am stepping out of my coaching role.
