          For example, go into the photo library on an iPhone and choose to see details of the photo. Your photo is neatly placed on a map.

        Any photo you send to someone else or that you receive, you can do this with. The only prerequisite is that the photo is tagged.

      Most phones tag your photo with GPS coordinates whether you like it or not. It's a default setting that people do not know to opt out of.
