    Hilaryonline It's a mess. We have 21 self-governing regions all with unique ideas and strategies for public transport payment systems. Many people are being excluded and the "respected" studies on digital inclusion do not include non-Swedish speakers or people with low literacy skills.

      Hilaryonline Honestly it makes me furious just thinking about it. In my talks I often say that digitalisation has taken away abilities for so many people who only 10-15 years ago had no trouble independently riding public transport, and now can't, or experience huge negative stress doing it.
