Just came across a newsletter where the unsubscribe link was blue and underlined but actually not a link at all. Only fashioned to look like one and thus rendering unsubscribe impossible. Who makes these decisions? 🤬On twitter.com

I know people who would keep tapping on that fake link, think there is something wrong with their finger and blame themselves. These same people do not know how to filter those messages into the bin.Permalink On twitter.com
