JesperBylund ArchieComics I think I like how Zuboff differentiates between capitalism and surveillance capitalism. So more that it’s a different version of capitalism that has risen from the insight that data about people is valuable for trade. But I get you, I could have written just surveillance ;)

JesperBylund ArchieComics Vaccine passports are interesting. I had a vaccine passport most of my childhood (yellow card when travelling in Africa) so it’s not the concept of a “passport” itself that I likely would object to (I’m not finished with this reasoning but happy to spitball).

JesperBylund ArchieComics The dilemma is, as often when it comes to digital, is vulnerability of data and storage, and potential recklessness in handling, as well as power of access to information. Do I choose to share my information in specific situations or do others "pull it" or is it harvested.

JesperBylund ArchieComics But I do actually believe digital can be a huge benefit in terms of vaccination insights and potentially save many lives. Registers of vaccinations have failed to a large extent in the past, where people have very little recollection of when and what vaccines they have taken,
