Running online workshops has really become one of my signum services during the pandemic. I enjoy it but more interesting I become a different person. My energy changes, the pitch and pace of my voice and I activate a laser focus on participant feedback that is exhausting. 😅On twitter.com

Today I felt energy fading and only had 10 minutes left. Instead of powering through I broke the trend by spontaneously showing a "cute animal" clip. It had the desired effect and I was able to end with more room energy for the final exercise.Permalink On twitter.com
