I’m of the belief that these activities can be well-planned to minimize risk. But they are not *without* risk. Some media will be reporting that Dan Eliasson resigned or was kicked off his post. In reality he asked to be relocated and will keep his salary of 160,000 SEK/month for two more years doing less critical work. Essentially sounds like he was awarded for his missteps.On twitter.com
