  1. For a small workshop I’m running on Thursday I’ve put together a shared whiteboard with a floor plan. The idea is to see who is in the meeting, and when we have breaks people put themselves in the break room and move themselves back when they are back. To be developed further.

      Here’s the next iteration. Feel free to use it. The idea behind the dotted line and an area marked “DONE” is to give participants a way to communicate that they are out of ideas for the current workshop exercise. They just move their avatar there.
