Many of you went straight for the digital tool when thinking about the answer to this. For millions of people there was no digital tool prior to Facebook. I'd consider the human needs, relationships and activities that the tool replaced. What is better, what is lost.On twitter.com

Sometimes we can replace one activity that is damaging to our wellbeing with a completely different activity. Sometimes we find ourselves too dependent and need help to break loose. Sometimes we have to summon energy to fight. Everyone's situation is different.Permalink On twitter.com
