    @Science_glamour In this case it was not the use of gifs per se that I reacted most strongly to, but the joking and laughing about a neurological disorder.       @Science_glamour Generally, it is the pace of flashing animation that will pose dangers. Accessibility guidelines talk about not flashing anything more than 3 times per second.
