berkun Ah, I see. Thanks. I would argue that the first box can be said to primarily address the former, given that I do not know the challenge. The latter would be addressed by the box labeled "Do you consider impact beyond your operations?" (autonomy/freedom-of-choice...etc)On twitter.com

berkun Even the light switch can of course have serious human impact depending on where it's placed. That's a good exercise actually that I'm going to run with my students... love how these ideas are sparked.Permalink On twitter.com
