  1. Digital wayfinder touchscreen. Was looking for the toilet. Neither Swedish "toa" or "wc" gave hits. There could not possibly have been any user research done here. Also unnerving to search for toilet on a big screen with strangers waiting to use it behind you. Negligent design🙄
