        I admit, I can sometimes laugh at off-color jokes, but that does not mean I can’t also reason around the inappropriateness of me doing so. We’re not perfect. Discourse is good. Listening to feedback and reasoning around the validity of it is healthy.

          Listening to people who experience harm is a must. When comedians say they have to pay high prices for the “wrong jokes”, let’s relate the size of that “high price” to the price being paid by vulnerable, sidestepped, invisible people throughout their lifetimes.
