  1. Always start with content. Always. It's when you have the content that you can figure out how design can support the goal of the content. And yes, producing content is design too (like when I added that extra "Always"). All I'm saying is: just start with it.

      I realize people will respond saying "But Per, don't you always say we should start with listening." And yes, obviously. But this is the format of Twitter, and - for clarification - what I mean is: when you start making anything, start with the content.
