  1. Two people, having used computers since the early 80s, and working in digital design for more than 20 years, today spent 30 minutes trying to collaboratively book a flight ticket. In the end, beantin and I were unsuccessful.

        I went to download their app as a last resort. This was the first review: "It doesn't work." First item on What's New for the latest version of the app: "Bug fixes." This is now an episode of The Twilight Zone. Or Black Mirror.

          Okay so we actually chose another airline in the end. More expensive and an extra layover, but we quickly ran out of trust on this one.
