I sometimes work close to the product, sometimes with strategy. If others feel a need to label me that’s fine. What I don’t like is working without talking to - and cooperating with - people affected by what I’m contributing to.Permalink On twitter.com

Setting clear goals is also an essential. As is avoiding or mitigating any contribution to harm. I’ll work from A to B, but need to know that everyone agrees on what those letters represent before I create anything.Permalink On twitter.com
