And what we don't want is people thinking "This makes me feel bad but it's probably just me..." or "I don't know how to let people know how bad I feel about this..." Recognize that many people won't complain as they won't feel empowered or entitled to let their voice be heard.Permalink On twitter.com

Which highlights the very important point that we must as designers also empower people to be able to speak up when they are negatively impacted by design solutions. And then truly listen to that feedback.On twitter.com
