      1. I will NEVER recommend a company that makes it extra difficult to end a subscription, no matter how well their service worked. It's just evil and I will never condone evil. How's this: have to call to get cancellation form sent via post (it could just as well be a PDF download).

      In other news, once I got hold of customer service, they managed to e-mail the form and allow me to send it back in e-mail. Obviously not allow it as a download though.

    The kicker was support staff wondering what I wanted after me punching buttons for 2 mins to declare my errand. After my hello they were silent, and then when I said "uhm , I just entered my organisation number and that I want contract cancellation", they were like, "ah, I see".
